Your credit card will be charged at the time you book. The total charge includes all room charges, processing fees and taxes. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed unless Grafton is flooded or other unexpected emergencies occur.
All interior areas of the building are smoke free and pet free. Any violations to this policy shall result in extra cleaning fees.
Excessive cleaning required shall be charged to your credit card.
Saturday bookings require a two night minimum.
Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival date.
Four people maximum per unit unless special arrangements are made with property owner. Extra person charges may apply and may vary depending on River View Guest House policy. Special requests are subject to availability, may incur additional charges and are not guaranteed.
Quiet time begins at 11 pm and ends at 7 am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Disturbance of other guests may result in additional charges.
